The University of Kansas School of Medicine campus in Salina was created to address the critical shortage of physicians in Kansas. This innovative medical education program is aimed at students with a strong desire to practice in rural areas. A gift to One Day. One KU. will provide funds for two significant educational areas on the Salina campus.
Student Travel & Medical Organization Support
Medical students are given many opportunities for educational travel experiences and also membership in organizations specific to their interests. Our goal with One Day. One KU. is to help our students offset their personal expenses by designating funds specifically for these experiences.
