Our students perform on the world's biggest stages, learn from leading experts in their fields and take their studies beyond the classroom to concert halls, clinics, schools, and hospitals. Our diverse, collaborative and student-centered environment prepares future leaders in a variety of musical specializations. We are committed to nurturing and advancing the art of music through outstanding teaching, research, creativity, and service. Our choral and instrumental ensembles perform around the world. KU music therapy students fulfill their practicums in area medical and correctional facilities. Our music education and music therapy graduates enjoy a nearly 100 percent job placement rate!
